Providing accurate information to employees about any new changes. Coming up with more incentives for employees when we have to work overtime

Bonus plan participation, but it's only available to a subset of employees

There is favortism happening at the St. Pete location in credit by Some supervisors. If there were more incentives for the amount of OT they are requesting 50 hrs/wk mandatory. They need to appreciate their employees more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are ok. However, I would like to see more benefits that will benefit realistically in everyday life- like childcare assistance and a travel program for those who don't drive

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team-Starship Troopers- are amazing. Supervisor is very understanding, empathetic, and she really cares.

Across teams, staff are helpful to each other, especially in an escalation situation.

It may be repetitive due to the specific department

too much politics in some departments, its like we have forgotten that our clients pay us for a service. instead we are treating clients like cash cows and attend to the larger client who make a lot of noise. these clients drain the teams and as a result the mood is sour internally
