What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep creating new opportunities and keep interact with their employee. However, they need to take one on one feedback form their employees monthly/quarterly bases which is a big miss from the leadership team.

I've literally been told I currently did not make enough to move to the next level / position. Yet my manager cannot get me an out of band increase or promotion.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value employee feedback when implementing new ideas. It feels like no one above wants to listen to employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fair pay for women and people of color, managers have been promoted to the point of incompetence "peter principle"
