What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is pretty standard. But you must know your subject matter and be prepared!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to be fair, kind, & approachable. Everyone serves and that is why I chose FIS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I commented because I believe it could be better. Especially the benefits. We work very hard here and it would be great to have the bonus and benefits be a bit more.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I know that we have pleased our clients. And that the team I am serving is happy and know that I appreciate their efforts. I make sure I call them out every chance I get. Especially on the external calls.
