Our leadership team is hands on. We see and hear from them often. They genuinely care about employees.

Communication and our leadership team are so approachable. Everyone is so team oriented and want success for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work from home so the flexibility in my schedule is great. But I gotta also mention I love work because of my team and my partnerships.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
FIS offers many great benefits. The company stock and 401k match is amazing. The holiday schedule is great. My health insurance is affordable. Really a great compensation package.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a phone interview and then face to face interview. The second was with 2 levels of managers. They really set a comfortable environment and were professional yet personable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We utilize so many different ways to communicate. Microsoft Teams, Webex, In person are a few examples. Our leadership team try to keep us up to date on training and industry trends.
