The thing that needs to be improved the most is basic communication

The way crew members interact with each other and customers makes the company such a positive place. The music is upbeat, which also helps :)
What did you like most about the interview process?
For my personal interview I felt as though the manager was really trying to get to know me as a person and not just as an employee and also thoroughly and accurately explained the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers and being around my coworkers. The team is truly amazing we always have a positive attitude, and just have fun every shift. I have to hand it to my managers especially, they know how to keep their employees engaged and having a good time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My mangers are fair and execute the same standards for every employee. They truly care about the employees always addressing the questions and concerns of all crew members. They give raises when raises are due. They give positive feedback and help you to improve in order to achieve product quality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about the team at Five Guys can be summed up in one word, TEAMWORK. There is truly a family and fun atmosphere every shift, and you develop true friendships with your coworkers, while still being efficient. This makes tough shifts better when your coworkers have your back.
