- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Being part of a digital-first company can be hard. But, I don't think that's unique to Fivetran. I appreciate that the company invests in company-wide, in-person events; but it makes growing a rapport hard.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Employees need to know about their own bias and try to negate them when they are communicating and making any inference. Not all have the same background and knowledge, so we need to embrace this diversity first rather than hue and cry about D & I.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Take sometime to understand the employees and their goals. Also, invest sometime in knowing the capabilities and temporary limitations of employees.
