What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my manager; organized, collaborative, flexible. I am not impressed with the management a couple of levels up; not in tune with daily operations.

The hourly pay. Is okay

We all cry to work as a team
They show up to work.
My teams works together and communicates but most importantly we help each other.
The team is good everybody works well together

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very little micro managing. Free to get your job done
Safety and looking out for one another
The free coffee and some times the ice and water maxhine works.
We are all positive and hard working people.

They used an outside company to interview

In the beginning the managers all act like they have it together. 3 months down the road you see they don't.
What makes you most happy at work?
Going out Driving, Lunch Time & My Break Time
My boss and my coworkers.
Working with people new and old
That the work is there to do
When i get a happy customer who dpeaks English and doesnt yell at me
