Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better benefit in terms of bonus, days of annual leave, medical insurance should be greatly enhanced.

PTO is super stingy for the amount of hours you will put in. It starts at three weeks. Be prepared to not be able to take those on a whim because of a desire to hit office-level revenue targets.
