Generally, they are supportive and give you lots of autonomy to do some of the best work you will probably do in your career.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefit in terms of bonus, days of annual leave, medical insurance should be greatly enhanced.
PTO is super stingy for the amount of hours you will put in. It starts at three weeks. Be prepared to not be able to take those on a whim because of a desire to hit office-level revenue targets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about each other.
The teams are what will get you through your tough times & help you enjoy the victories. You've been in the trenches, shared war stories, gone over the top, dodged the bullets and shrapnel from clients, and made it to the other side together victorious. That's how bonds are formed.

Your teams and the bonds you form. Very creative culture and talented people who understand integrated marketing communication.
