Mr. Humphries served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Flextronics International Ltd. from April 2011 to September 2011. He has spent the last 25 years creating and managing businesses, both as director and manager, advisor and business angel. At C&W, he was ultimately responsible for two start-up businesses and was Managing Director of Cable and Wireless FlightLink Ltd. He was Chief Operating Officer at Tele2 (UK) Ltd. He also worked for JP Morgan's 'Wirefree' Fund and at Telefonica in Romania as Sales Director. Prior to its acquisition by SAIC, Mr. Humphries was a Founder and Director of Opta. He has been an Independent Director of Superior Industries International, Inc. since August 15, 2014. He holds BA in Applied Social Studies from Lanchester Polytechnic and post-graduate certificate in human resource management from West Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education.
