No growth opportunity . Its more focused on being a sales company than an engineering company. Sales executives are hired at executive levels but engineering keeps getting trimmed.

Too much blah blah. Employee benefits are mediocre at best.

Collaboration instead of each unit working on its own behind walls.

Fast , onboarding was quick. HR was helpful with relocation as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No promotion despite top rating for annual performance for over 5 years. Health plans are super expensive.
