What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Very out of touch with the impacts the decisions they make have on people, over-focused on meeting financial goals on the backs of employees. Overall self-centered and living in an ivory tower

Better communication internally. Be more honest so that internal and external comms match.

Respecting people not yelling at people treat like human's

Upper management needs to remove people within the management teams that do not contribute to the bottom line. Flex actually has people collecting paychecks and not performing their duties. These useless individuals talk a good game
