People are friendly, collaborative and loyal. Lots of diversity. Very inclusive company of minorities.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership lacks strategy and has lost touch with the factory employees needs. No psychological safety.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Plan better to respect employees time and pay fair wages to allow employees work life balance and to earn a living wage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Equity is not offered below VP level, no stock purchase plan. The benefits are high deductible, expensive and do not cover much. No perks except free coffee.
