Mr. Shane R. Harrison has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at FLIR Systems, Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Harrison is responsible for sourcing corporate development opportunities and execution of the FLIR Systems, Inc.'s merger and acquisition strategy. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of FLIR Systems, Inc. since August 1, 2017 until November 27, 2017. Prior to joining FLIR, he served as Vice President at Lehman Brothers in their Global Technology Investment Banking group from 2004 to 2008, where he managed business acquisition and capital markets transactions for a variety of technology companies. Previously, he was a Business Planning Analyst at Goodrich Aerospace and an Audit Senior with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Harrison received his BS cum laude from the University of Oregon and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
