How employees describe working at FMC
Good teams and caring culture
At my location, management is the root of the problem. They expect the job to be an employee's life. Forced holidays, random schedule changes, calls on time off. Production scheduling is also terrible and orders are often late because of missing tech then they overwork plant workers to make it.
Great company to work with
It is great. I like my work. I like the people I am around.
