I feel very expendable, but realistically, I am.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thin is the flexibility of the work schedule.

Don't make me wait 90 minutes outside of your door while you pull a power move.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As mentioned before, vertical movement within the company could get employees to invest themselves into their work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership should recognize that clear set career paths for lower level employees would motivate everyone to aim for promotions through performance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers don't treat this as a job. They come in and perform and look as if they don;t care about having employment the next day.
