What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I didn't go through an interview.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing who are the strong workers. The workers who give 110% everyday. Be more customer friendly. Appreciate that you work there. Have fun. Life right now is hard already.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel I am being treated like an outsider and not part if the family. I feel that food 4 less has a problem with Kroger taking over. And it is starting to show in the management and employees. Thiss issue needs to be seriously addressed.
