What did you like most about the interview process?
The stages were well-explained, from the online application and phone screening to the in-person interview with the store manager. The process respected my time, and interviewers made me feel comfortable, focusing on relevant experience and fit for the role.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Managers come down and help us and be a team player
we were overtrained for a lot of things. It's extremely unnecessary and i think you guys are wasting your money. Get a real PR.
