More overtime - not paid, no extra compensation. even biscuits and tea in cafeteria is counted and is charged from your salary during late working hours. no compensation or remuneration is provided
Bonus ( health insurance and pension) were activated 5 months later was hired . They are simple indecent
Those of us who are working to help operations become more efficient given our opportunity should be awarded with stock options/etc.
Compensation should match my role and market. Its unfair to employees to find out theyve been vastly underpaid
