Fast and Furious. Just the way I like it!

Very.
It feels like engineering is in a second place to sales and that at any time your team is at risk of being made redundant by a new acquisition regardless of what management says. How secure? Not.
How's the vacation policy at Forcepoint?
The PTO grant is generous unless you don't have the opportunity to use it before the year is up or you're made to leave.
You get 5 weeks of PTO, which is pretty fair.

Don't give up. 95% of Sales work does not gain a sale. Learn how to spend your time wisely. Provide value to your partners and they will do the same.
What are the most important soft skills to be successful at Forcepoint?
The ability to understand everyone is busy. Be patient, but persistent.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at Forcepoint?
FANTASTIC. John Sorenson gets it. He has changed the culture in such a positive way. Yes, we all have a job to get done, but the best managers are those who you are comfortable in speaking with about roadblocks without fear of a negative response. It is invaluable to have this quality in a leader as it makes us all work together, help each other to meet common goals. His approach is the biggest motivator!

I’d say it is getting better but morale is measured by department - product could be engineering, product management, etc. Overall I’d say things are looking better.
