Out of 45 Forcepoint employee reviews, 65% were positive. The remaining 35% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Forcepoint improve their work culture.
They have excellent vision for future of the company and for customer
Very accessible, humble and high communication
Forcepoint is positioned to be the market leader in Security. Small enough to be nimble, Federal government relies on their technology for security needs and the only company who provides DLP technology with human behavior analytics to focus on real threats, real time. Growing pains - challenging.
Energetic, agile in decisions, able to pull in funding for projects
get connected to the force who actually generates and does the work for you. the managers take the credit of the entire team in his name
Diversity , technical awareness, open mind , new and modern software practices
Lots of nepotism at the top of the food chain - C level team is blind to what teams actually need in terms of resources, culture, etc.
Fixed salary and the well being benefits
Benefits are very useful. Flexible as well.
More overtime - not paid, no extra compensation. even biscuits and tea in cafeteria is counted and is charged from your salary during late working hours. no compensation or remuneration is provided
Bonus ( health insurance and pension) were activated 5 months later was hired . They are simple indecent
Those of us who are working to help operations become more efficient given our opportunity should be awarded with stock options/etc.
Compensation should match my role and market. Its unfair to employees to find out theyve been vastly underpaid
they are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful
Highly motivated, team spirit, customer focused
Upholding of the Forcepoint culture
We look at our growth as a company and understand these challenges are opportunities and that is exciting to be a part of the growth and known success that is happening now, and will be even greater in the future!
The people here are all great
English and communication . Software best practices
It is human centric and open to change
There is a one team feeling. I don't manage anyone but I am treated by the executive team as if I am one of them.
Everyone supports everyone else here
the Austin office was opened in a rush therefor a lot of the management team don't have an inkling of technical background so that makes for a lot of misguided direction from management
hire better managers, we dont need BOSS, we need leaders. pay the employees for their extra work
A radical change is needed , starting from the upper management .
Practical approach of interviewing candidates
It was a fit on both sides .. and we knew it. Hired in 1 week
Friendly, fast and courtesy to the interviewee.
They look desperate for hiring , due to the bad culture they have
no interference from managers, successful deliverance of the task to the customer
Respect, teamwork and opportunities to advance
Our messaging is unique and and our solutions that are proven unique solve the largest problems CISO face. Human Behavior & DLP married together to provide (finally) a solution that allows Security teams to focus on true threats- eliminating false positives to focus on rev gen apps for the biz
Customers first practices. Better product engineering
Honest workplace. We help each other. Clear expectations. Good tools
Stock plan (although we get bonuses). Coherent network situation
