get connected to the force who actually generates and does the work for you. the managers take the credit of the entire team in his name

Diversity , technical awareness, open mind , new and modern software practices

Lots of nepotism at the top of the food chain - C level team is blind to what teams actually need in terms of resources, culture, etc.

More overtime - not paid, no extra compensation. even biscuits and tea in cafeteria is counted and is charged from your salary during late working hours. no compensation or remuneration is provided

Bonus ( health insurance and pension) were activated 5 months later was hired . They are simple indecent

Those of us who are working to help operations become more efficient given our opportunity should be awarded with stock options/etc.

Compensation should match my role and market. Its unfair to employees to find out theyve been vastly underpaid

There is a one team feeling. I don't manage anyone but I am treated by the executive team as if I am one of them.

the Austin office was opened in a rush therefor a lot of the management team don't have an inkling of technical background so that makes for a lot of misguided direction from management

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
