There is a one team feeling. I don't manage anyone but I am treated by the executive team as if I am one of them.

the Austin office was opened in a rush therefor a lot of the management team don't have an inkling of technical background so that makes for a lot of misguided direction from management
hire better managers, we dont need BOSS, we need leaders. pay the employees for their extra work
A radical change is needed , starting from the upper management .
