actually working. too much wasted time on "team meetings" that NOTHING ever gets resolved at. We should follow our leaders if this were the case nothing would get accomplished in this practice as they do not lead well AT ALL.
Stop treating employees as if they are machines. Give some thought as to the reason for high turnover.

stop doing double and triple work. hold meetings when there is valuable information to be shared, not someones personal opinion of a situation, when all hands on deck are required actually hold ALL employees to that standard not just a select few
Be a team, why throw each other under the bus? We should be a team? That should be instilled from upper management but it's not. Management is up the doctors and clinic leads behind. That is just clinical lead has been there 19 years
