What did you like most about the interview process?
There were multiple layers and i met lots of people
No surprises or tricky questions. Interview directly related to the work, product and team.
took the time to get to know me and allowed me to get to know them for a culture perspective
The process was very grounded in what I could expect to do in the role.
How open minded the interviewer was. I was super impressed by how much information i got during the interview.

The speed of the process - they followed up quickly after each interaction and sent the offer soon after the last interview. I felt like they valued my time, which can be hard to find during the job search process, and made Forma really stand out
selling the head of sales and CEO on a product I used to show them my skillset. Allows for a company to see what you got before making a decision on you
It is very efficient and the three rounds of interview happened within a week and a decision was made after only a few days of the last interview
The questions I got really falls in line with they do, day to day.

The interviewers were very outgoing. I know all of them now but they made it easy to converse and transition through the interview process
It wasn't trying to look down on you or deliberately trying to test you to show signs of weakness etc., I felt it was truly about getting to understand each other and finding the right fit. Also it was a super efficient process, no bullshit kinda style.
The atmosphere was quite comfortable. I got to express myself.
