What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always hearing from the team members and give constructive comments and feedback.
Transparency, authenticity, availability. The leadership team is humble and tries to drive authority into the org where people can really use it. This requires strong and timely communication and alignment, which the team tries hard to deliver.
Leadership is very humble and invested in building a great product
They are very efficient and willing to share the information.
Our leadership team is very business outcome-focused but equally culture-focused. I've appreciated how thoughtful the leadership team has been in nurturing a rich company culture with fun activities to keep everyone connected.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a benefits company the benefits are just okay.
No double standards to foreign workers, reduce working on our national holidays, and a clear division of responsibilities among departments
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really, truly working together as a team, not just using the word "team".
Everyone is excited about the work we do here
Everyone is so responsive and always proactive to initiate or take over tasks
The Forma team is collaborative, creative, and supportive. I can always rely on their support, input, and brilliant insights.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Constant celebrating the successes of people across the business for their outstanding achievements. Strong values alignment.
We are remote first with a lot of flexibility
Friendly, inclusive and open minded.
The most positive aspect of Forma's culture is just how supportive employees are of each other. From balancing parental duties to grappling with Covid, the work environment is supportive of taking care of employees and treating them as adults.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There were multiple layers and i met lots of people
No surprises or tricky questions. Interview directly related to the work, product and team.
took the time to get to know me and allowed me to get to know them for a culture perspective
The process was very grounded in what I could expect to do in the role.
How open minded the interviewer was. I was super impressed by how much information i got during the interview.
