We are remote first with a lot of flexibility
Friendly, inclusive and open minded.
The most positive aspect of Forma's culture is just how supportive employees are of each other. From balancing parental duties to grappling with Covid, the work environment is supportive of taking care of employees and treating them as adults.
We take care of each other and we respect each other's culture, life expereience
While we do work at a fast pace, we also recognize it is important to take care of ourselves and those around us. I feel encouraged to make time for myself, and my manager checks in regularly to ensure I am not experiencing any burnout.
