- What are some of the best things about your team?They are smart and hard working. They understand which tasks are important.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Nothing. They are extremely incompetent & uninspiring.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am ignored until there are emergencies & never thanked. My job title was changed to something meaningless & I have been refused an updated job description. Compensation is far below industry standards.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?It cant be saved at this point. Misery loved company. The ELT is a breeding ground for fraud and deception. Investors should get out while they can.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?It is hard to go to work everyday knowing how unhappy everyone around you is. When your favorite managers are no longer there and you have no support. Everyone is interviewing for other jobs so no one cares about the projects they work on anyway. Miserably depressed atmosphere.
