- What did you like most about the interview process?Forter puts candidates through a bit of a gauntlet ... there are multiple rounds and also (usually) a project component. It gives candidates a chance to meet a LOT of potential teammates and to get a clear sense for communication and work styles. It's symbolic of how seriously we take our culture.
- What makes you most happy at work?I have the autonomy to step back, look at what we're doing and challenge convention. We're not interested in running a proven playbook; we're trying to build an iconic company.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Co-workers that genuinely cheer for their colleagues successes ... we seek to raise each other up rather than tear each other down.
