Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

I think my compensation package is fair and equitable and also carries quite a lot of upside. I'm happy with comp.

Health benefits and my salary compensation

Review from Finance Dept

I like that our leadership team takes the time to see the industry standards to assure that we are compensated fairly.

I love thee ability to have commission I control since it reflects how hard I worked for it.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

The compensation package is structured to where you can make a lot of money if you put in the work.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A better hourly rate especially those with a degree and work experience

Review from Sales Dept

Not equal to the workload performed

Feel that feedback won't matter

Review from Operations Dept

Initial statement regarding pay and reality are not the same.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued because I don't get recognized for going above and beyond in the position I am in considering the very little training I received.

had several position here and every move is lateral. Need to pay employees fairly. Workload should also match pay

I do not feel under valued.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel as though the leadership disregards the good work that many of the employees do despite receiving little to no training, they expect people to come in and do things well the first time with no praise or recognition. The compensation is not bad but insufficient to make up for lack recognition.

Review from Operations Dept

Do a lot of similar work as upper management but don't get treated like one.

I do not think I have been here long enough to warrant the salary/bonus increases.

Review from Sales Dept

Who said, I feel under valued? I think they value me. At least Tiffany S. does.

Review from Sales Dept

I do not feel undervalued

Review from Sales Dept

there should be something built into comp plan when we promote that allows for an adjustment to the new position without taking a pay cut (pertaining to sales promotions)

Review from Sales Dept

If call to sub percentage was accurately considered to determine our tiers.

Review from Sales Dept

A raise after 5 years of loyal positive service as well as an important contributor to IF, Placement and Renewal fundings.

Review from Sales Dept

I have not been here long enough to give a fair evaluation

Review from Operations Dept

getting yearly bonuses and raises

Review from Sales Dept

I'd like to see 401k matching

The company was in transition and has rebounded now

I do not feel undervalued, but I am unclear as to when/how raises occur, outside of commissions.
