Steve is great, very personable and respectful no matter where you are on the totem pole.

Be more welcoming, respectful, trustworthy, less petty and less cliquish. Too much high school behavior here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experience and work ethic has not been appreciate or noticed. All the while other reps who perform as well or less than are constantly doted upon.
