Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not think I have been here long enough to warrant the salary/bonus increases.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always willing to drop what they are doing, within reason, to help out with a work related issue ie: subs, language, brainstorking, pitches etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Taking a deal from start to finish, either my own, a set up, or placements. Making the company money as well as my own money is my drive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team oriented goals have always played a big part of my own success as well as leading teams when I have had the opportunity. I would say that the drive to achieve goals is one of the most positive items here at work
