There is a strong sense of community within the departments and everyone always seems glad to see you.
I feel as though the leadership disregards the good work that many of the employees do despite receiving little to no training, they expect people to come in and do things well the first time with no praise or recognition. The compensation is not bad but insufficient to make up for lack recognition.
