Low pay, poor management, inadequate training, constantly changing process. No future, no advancing. Favoritism over work quality. Mandatory overtime. Poor quality materials are poorly put together eith high returns and very high attrition.

The company close on September 2024 some people recive SIP payment in which the company took out federal taxes but no state i took the lump sum had 10% took out but company did some shady mess in didnt take out state worse company

Company is so shady when it comes to taxes how they closed the company in Moorestown NJ gave some SIP payments only to not take state taxes out or that sip contribution like the irs wasnt going to see it they owe people money in am one of them

Heavily understaffed and not willing to hire at a decent pace. Over working and missing breaks due to workload and lack of help

I love working there I wished they would hire ppl on full time an not just seasonal cause once a person is there an does multiple jobs an the more they know the more valuable the employ comes meaning he's way more perfusiant they will be

Store managers are more likely to listen and be helpful but opportunities for growth are limited

They do their best to be fun.

treating employees like people and not statistics.

To me the best thing is health insurance

workload and goalposts are constantly moved with zero consideration for how or why. intimidation is a daily occurance from management, and the company has not given cost of living adjustments for over a year.

Increase wages to match industry

Compensation is not regionally or position specific competitive. Not treated as a valued employee let alone leader.

Not meetings but how much money is made.for the company while employees still can't support.families.

management ruins what could and should be a very rewarding job. i love framing and seeing the art but we are not given the tools and time to properly give each piece the time it deserves.

Relatively easy to use tools make great sales experience

Re-evaluate leadersip roles, responsibilities, structure. Develop trust.

It ended eventually, so that was good.

Easy going interviewers made the process enjoyable

Face to face interview with multiple people.

Here's some of the tools you need. Don't ask questions, just go. We don't like you we will fire you.

Quality of our product is suffering. QC must improve.
