workload and goalposts are constantly moved with zero consideration for how or why. intimidation is a daily occurance from management, and the company has not given cost of living adjustments for over a year.

Rewarding loyalty and hard work.
Increase wages to match industry
Compensation is not regionally or position specific competitive. Not treated as a valued employee let alone leader.
Being able to speak up.
Not meetings but how much money is made.for the company while employees still can't support.families.
Communicate. Lead. Lose the competitiveness.
Re-evaluate leadersip roles, responsibilities, structure. Develop trust.
