They way management treats the employees
Yes i feel hella undervalued
Need more pay . More teamwork ,
Customers often scream at us and managers will give in often to their crazy demands, and the drama that happens there is crazy, and often exhausting. If reports were taken seriously and managers actually helped their employees it could be 100% a more postive learning enviroment.

After much hard work, I turned down a management position due to poor management. I was still given the responsibility and duties, but no compensation or recognition.

I have to work over 50 hours a week and our hourly employees make more than i do on salary, and they only have to work less than 40 hours. Maybe i would feel better about my compensation if i didnt have all the pressure on me only even when we have lots of other managers to do the stuff that i do.
Being respected as a human being, rather than a way to make more profits
Constantly, the managers would yell at us about how we aren't doing things right, but then they would never show us how we were supposed to do it. We would come in and cover other peoples shifts, or be called on our time off asking to come in and help. If we did, there wouldn't be a single thanks.
Apparently what I do is not enough and I should come in to learn more on days off

i was constantly promised a promotion with no action taken on that. i was harassed and threatened but they did not care. the assistant manager just yells at people when she's upset and treats them like less than a human being.

Actually being paid a wage one can live off of would make things a heck of a lot better, at the moment you have to run yourself into the ground just to make enough to maybe cover living expenses.
