Heavy emphasis on work/life balance. Very flexible vacation policy with tons of paid holidays plus option to occasionally work from home.
Since the company isn't so big, employees do more than what is expected, but are not acknowledged for it. Compensation doesn't meet market/industry standards, including the additional work put in. Simply acknowledging and fairly paying employees for the work input would go a long way.

I don't feel that my work is undervalued by my colleagues, but that I'm not compensated at industry-standard rates.
