Finding doctors who are actually in network is nearly impossible. So you end up paying the premiums for the outside doctors on top of the insurance. Maternity leave so be a minimum of 12 weeks.

Monetary bonuses occasionally, maybe at Christmas times or throughout the year recognizing us for our hard work with patients. Patients can be hard to deal with on a daily basis and many of us have been here for years.
