The patient, they are kind and can see what is happening and tell me not to give up like so many others have done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership change, new innovative ifeas not stuck in the old ways

Appreciate the strength of your employees, and let them do their job get out of their way with all the bureaucratic nonsense.

Need an executive team willing to listen

Needs better work environment and workers need better pay and time off.

The company only values profit and warm bodies, they do not value safe, quality work by experienced employees

It is my opinion that first, we need to work together as far as the administration with the staff. Staff feels like the administration gets a bonus for writing up the staff for any infraction no matter how little it may be. All while trying to make you go faster and do more in a 14 hour day!

Corporate never gives a plan enough time to show success, that change things constantly and aren't even prepared when the change "rolls out"

Not being able to call off or request off when neccessary. Need more staff
