- What does the leadership team need to get better at?All of the leadership needs to be better in communication and conflict resolution. They severely lack in that and don't like to let you excel. They find many ways to bring you down.

It's run by elderly whip cracking bosses, who don't understand that not everyone works the same way. Everyone learns different they need to find a way to incorporate that.
