The people and the culture

Making customers happy after an uncommon experience. We are normally the best in our industry and nobody is perfect but each of us is empowered to do what is right for the customer.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The tone at the top is somewhat disheartening. Priorities change all the time so its hard to know where our focus should be. A more consistent and organized form of general communication throughout the company would be nice to see.

Poised well in a very big space of home automation.
