What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Base Salary is competitive.

Competitive, Rewarding, Inspiring, Motivating and Fun

Great health plan with Cigna and discounted gym memberships. 401k, dental and vision coverage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The policy is vague when presented to staff. You have to ask questions in order to get the real policy. It would be nice to have all of the information initially in order to make an informed decision. In addition, the PTO must be earned first and used at all times even if you are late 1 minute.

Improved benefits like being more flexible with leave availability (taking more than 5 days negative), having STD option, better options around holiday time, work from home options, etc.
