Creating a better attendance policy. You must use PTO for all attendance infractions (ie. being 5 min. late). This pto must also be earned first. Some of the information use by the customer care is not organized and easily available.
The policy is vague when presented to staff. You have to ask questions in order to get the real policy. It would be nice to have all of the information initially in order to make an informed decision. In addition, the PTO must be earned first and used at all times even if you are late 1 minute.
Improved benefits like being more flexible with leave availability (taking more than 5 days negative), having STD option, better options around holiday time, work from home options, etc.

Nothing really - it's pretty straightforward with constant communication so everybody knows what the current status is.
The tone at the top is somewhat disheartening. Priorities change all the time so its hard to know where our focus should be. A more consistent and organized form of general communication throughout the company would be nice to see.
