Happy with the salary and performance awards

Less expensive healthcare for the employee and plenty of options if items need to be upgraded.

It is my annual salary.

my salary is the best part about my compensation package

I do not participate in FSA's Benefits program.

Flexibility and paid time off that support work-life balance.

it's fairly comparable to the rest of the industry.

Ability to earn leave (vacation and sick)

Dental and commuter benefits provided.

Many options. Flexibility. Fairly treated

The company offers Great health insurance

I do not tske it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Have better amount of leave and better pay

I understand there is a contract, but I believe there should be raises based job performance/length of employment.

The pay structure does not provide adequate compensation for above-average or higher job performance or inflation compared to market place.

The health insurance options aren't great. The PPO plan has high copays and the alternative is to pay out of pocket with pre-tax money in an HSA account until the deductible is met. There should also be a cost of living adjustment every year.

I saw there is a new post online for the same position I currently I work with a higher paid from FSA. I worked with the company for a long period of time.

Higher pay for the responsibilities, locality pay

A yearly salary increase based on merit should be evaluated

Annual pay increases and/or merit increases

A raise based on performance and cost of living not just an area wage increase every couple of years

Fair market value based on experience

WHAT WOULD MAKE ME FEEL BETTER IN MY POSITION IS A YEARLY RAISE AND BONUS.

Pay raises are no adequate enough with AWD. It seems AWD is not keeping up with inflation.

Leadership tells me and similarly situated employees who have been with the company for years that their salary is at the "cap". That they are constrained by the contract to raise salaries. But I feel little is done to try and assure employees that this will/is being addressed.

I think we should feel acknowledged for our hard work and some sort of steps should be implemented. The client also takes away many perks that we would all benefit from.

The compensation merely meets the cost of living, but for the value of the work we do I believe we should be paid more.

Since telework was discontinued, I've been commuting for more than an hour and 30 minutes each way. The long travel time has significantly affected my work-life balance. I would appreciate it if flexible work hours or remote work options could be reconsidered to support better productivity.

Better health coverage and PTO

I have been here for over two decades. My pay in the last decade has not kept up with even the basic standard of living.

Pay is not competitive and there is not a fair gap between supervisors and their subordinates

More pay and better healthcare. Entry level pay in this economy is not feasible to live right now
