What makes you most happy at work?

Low stress days when I am able to complete more work than I receive. Making headway in a position that was and has been backlogged since my first day.

Providing excellent customer support and service; achieving the law enforcement customer's goals to defeat the criminals, take away their ill-gotten rewards; and protect the public, not just in the United States, but all over the world.

Keeping busy with the workload and type of work being done.

Work - Life balance and having a purpose.

I love the people and the mission

everyone cares about the work

The mission of the work.

actively engage and deliver value to our business

I love my job and the people I work with.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More opportunities to grow and learn. Diversify positions so we can help the customers with more. Better pay and cost of living increases annually. Better understanding of each office and the needs for the customers so the REA's can be better equipped to help. Provide motivation to do better.

Management could be more supportive &knowledgeable. I'd like better training and the ability to do my job without being insanely micromanaged. Everything I do is reworked by 4 additional people. How's that efficient? I'd like to have more vacation time off and not be forced to take it for closure.

FSA should really consider letting employees telework again

FSA and the customer could value our work more. More incentives and pay could be offered

there is a lack of remote days

Less Micromanaging and flexible work schedules

FSA needs to advocate for their employees to the customer

it's work. it is a silly question

they need to have some balls and give the hourly worker more better raise if they want to keep employee from leaving this company. need better wage raise and compensation. need better wage raise and compensation. dont just give us cost of living raise we need regular raise.

The management in our district is horrible at this time. Hopefully when we get a new U.S. Attorney it will be better.

better communication, more opportunity for growth and for pay raise for good work

What perks are there? Besides a paycheck? There is almost no incentive.

better pay, benefits and career advancement

This is the worst job I've ever had. There is no guidance, no support, no room for growth or upskilling.

Nothing, I just want to do my job well and be efficient at work. Also to have the tools that I need to be successful in my position.

I have been here 5 years and make as much as a mcdonald worker in california. fsa need to treat there hourly workers more fair with raise increase and better vacation and sick hours. We have a cap of two weeks of sick time and that does not roll over.my only raise is cost of living and not promotion

increase salary, and also the opportunity to work remote

I have never really felt that I was a good fit for the job I am in. I prefer to work in an environment that is more low key and peaceful with very little stress. I feel that the knowledge, skills and abilities I have are not utilized to their highest level, pay is not adequate for what I do daily.

Nothing is wrong, per se. I just see work as a task to complete rather than something to be excited about.

I have already explained that the management is treating me terrible because of something my supervisor did to me in my office.
