Training, leadership, paying a better wage and better PTO. There's no room to grow. No bonuses offered in the last two years, not even a cost of living increase. Training is almost non existent. When I ask my supervisor for help, I've been told to wing it.
The pay needs to be competitive.
FSA doesn't always stick up to the client and adhere to our issues and concerns
Less Micromanaging and more autonomy
Advocating for their employees to the customer
I have done research on other positions that are similar to mine, and they start out at $100k. I have 5 years of experience as a supervisor and even though I have earned praise and a raise in the last year, I still feel as if I could earn more.

There has been no bonuses offered the last 2 years. No raise of any kind, including a cost of living increase. We're only offered 2 weeks vacation, which is poor, but yet also forced to take that time when the office closes early or shuts down.
I don't feel undervalued necessarily, just underpaid. My wage is below the average for my profession and below average comparing it to a similar federal position.
While I value the compensation overall, I sometimes feel the role expectations expand in practice beyond what is reflected in pay structure. The work often involves urgent, time-sensitive problem-solving and availability outside standard hours, which can feel like it exceeds the baseline scope.
Either better compensation. If you live in Maryland or Virginia, you should be paid as much as a person in DC. If that cannot happen, then other benefits like wellness hours could be offered.
It depends on which co workers. I get along with everyone and like every one, but because if our lack of training, the knowledge between us is lacking and causes confusion and inconsistencies.
Coworkers need to improve boundaries and friendliness.
Be more responsible and do better work.
I'm not their supervisor so am hesitant to answer this.
I do not have many co workers where I am located
Better understanding of what each of the REA's, DA's and supervisors do on a daily basis. That would help the company gear their training and benefits to better suit their employees. Providing more opportunities for growth and advancement would be extremely helpful. Allowing employees to thrive.

I think we should be allowed to work from home atleast 1 day a week. We dont get the benefits of being a federal employee, why should we get the disadvantages?
its just a hard time with the government now there are no other FSA employees on my floor or near me
Should be better training for new employees to prepare them for the job that we are doing.
they need to have some balls and give the hourly worker more better raise if they want to keep employee from leaving this company. need better wage raise and compensation. need better wage raise and compensation.

More opportunities to grow and learn. Diversify positions so we can help the customers with more. Better pay and cost of living increases annually. Better understanding of each office and the needs for the customers so the REA's can be better equipped to help. Provide motivation to do better.

Management could be more supportive &knowledgeable. I'd like better training and the ability to do my job without being insanely micromanaged. Everything I do is reworked by 4 additional people. How's that efficient? I'd like to have more vacation time off and not be forced to take it for closure.
FSA should really consider letting employees telework again
FSA and the customer could value our work more. More incentives and pay could be offered
there is a lack of remote days
