They are loyal and trustworthy. All are hard workers and respectful of one another and the customer. I am grateful to them and without them I would not be here today.

They work as a real team, support each other, and they are GOOD associates and personalities.
They are very knowledgeable in the work they perform.
I enjoy the support received from my team.
We communicate and can count on each other
Everyone really cares about the mission.
They are accessible and vested in the mission.
Working together to understand goals and functionalities in order to deliver solutions.
It depends on which co workers. I get along with everyone and like every one, but because if our lack of training, the knowledge between us is lacking and causes confusion and inconsistencies.

Coworkers need to improve boundaries and friendliness.
Be more responsible and do better work.
I'm not their supervisor so am hesitant to answer this.
I do not have many co workers where I am located
communication is key. the current FSA co-worker does not take communication or direction well
There is a huge disconnect between SREAS and their teams. Skip level meetings may be beneficial.
Again, there is such high turnover you barely know the coworkers. They are not experts at what they do, or particularly helpful. FSA could literally do anything (literally one thing) to foster a community spirit and sense of employee satisfaction.
Managment treats us like we are soverign and some coworkers are verbally abusive, unprofessional and due to length of time in employment have an air of being untouchable.
No FSA Co workers. Based on Fed Employees
NA. I don't have a coworker.
I'm talking about my co-workers at the customer site, not FSA co-workers.
They need to give us a better and fair raise. I have been here 5 years and still make as much as a mcdonald worker in california.
not being considered the "outsider/contractor"
Increase work ethic and take pride in a job well done - not just "do enough to get by" which is the mentality of several.
They need to have a better moral compass and more ethical behaviours.
I have a team player mindset. I believe we are all working together towards the same goal. I have very few co-workera I interact with regularly. They, very clearly, do not have the same teamwork mentality.
She needs to be flexible and not so demanding.
As an REA, I'm the last person the paralegals communicate with. Communication goes a long way for me to do my job but still I have to beg for information.
The Supervisory Paralegal in Atlanta GA of the U.S. Attorney's Office is unprofessional, lacks asset forfeiture knowledge, creates low moral within the asset forfeiture section, definitely not a team leader, and doesn't follow directions from the customer or team members.
