What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need to be trained and paid properly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The wait times to reach anyone in the back office have been and continue to be unnecessarily long. Customers go to the branch for help but it ends up with the SSS sitting on the phone while management yells at us for being unproductive and telling us to tell the customer to do it themselves.
