Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Gallagher intentionally underpays. Everything is done on the cheap. I personally know coworkers who got the same job at other brokers and nearly doubled their salary.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?A LOT. Needs help on company morale, equal treatment and the "good ol boys club" ended in the 80's
