- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Gallagher intentionally underpays. Everything is done on the cheap. I personally know coworkers who got the same job at other brokers and nearly doubled their salary.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Payroll is market value. Medical benefits are BAD. Investments are as if I did it on my own.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?A LOT. Needs help on company morale, equal treatment and the "good ol boys club" ended in the 80's
