- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Pay associates on time and give more support to local management.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company does not value it's workers enough and it shows.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?By making promises that are not kept. We are offered a performance bouns, but I worked here for several months before I was told and I had to ask to recieve it. I am still waiting on my hiring bonus!!
