Pay is not competitive. Benefits are mediocre. Total rewards does not reflect the labor market.
A rise in pay in line with the market
Benefits comparable with other companies in the same space.
Compensation is ok. Benefits could be more equitable.

CEO needs to retire and make room for fresh ideas and innovation
The CEO and leaders are family and this shows clearly in our struggles to grow. Lacking ideas, risk averse. Need fresh blood.
